Sanford Duplex Residential Development
The Sanford Duplex project consists of the design and development of a two-unit residential building intended to provide efficient and functional living spaces within a compact site footprint. The design prioritizes clear spatial organization, practical layouts, and durable materials suited to the Central Florida climate.
The Diallo Group's role consists of full architectural design and documentation services, developing the building layout and preparing construction drawings for the duplex units. The mirrored configuration allows both residences to maintain consistent layouts while supporting efficient construction and cost-effective development.
