AE IDIQ Planning Support –
Yokota Air Base, JAPAN

TDG served as a subconsultant to Expeditionary Federal on this Architect-Engineer Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract supporting Yokota Air Base in Japan. This planning-focused IDIQ was awarded by the U.S. Air Force to provide on-call A-E services across the Pacific region, with emphasis on facility planning and infrastructure strategy.

Under this task order, TDG provided installation planning support including area development plans (ADPs), infrastructure assessments, and GIS-based land use analysis. Our team worked closely with the Prime and installation stakeholders to deliver planning documents that aligned with Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center (AFIMSC) standards and ensured long-term operational effectiveness for Yokota AB.

This effort demonstrates TDG’s strength in overseas installation planning, federal A-E coordination, and supporting strategic initiatives for enduring mission platforms in the Indo-Pacific region.
