$30 million Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract awarded to Summer Consultants Inc. to provide mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and fire protection architect-engineer (A-E) services across NAVFAC Washington installations. This small business set-aside contract supports a wide range of design and engineering tasks including system evaluations, code compliance upgrades, and design packages for new construction and renovation projects. With a 96% obligation rate to date, task orders have supported critical infrastructure projects throughout the National Capital Region. The contract runs through June 2025.
