Tia is a dynamic member of TDG team, serving as both an Assistant Project Manager and our in-house photographer. She supports asset evaluation and facility planning projects with a keen eye for detail and organization. In addition to her project management contributions, Tia leads our visual storytelling through photography and assists with branding and graphic design initiatives, helping to elevate the firm's presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
