Japan A-E IDIQ – Multi-Firm Planning, Design & Construction Support
Overview
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Japan District
The Diallo Group, as part of a joint venture team, was selected under a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to provide Architect-Engineer (A-E) services supporting military planning, design, and construction efforts across various locations in Japan. This Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, awarded by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Japan District (USACE JED), is designed to deliver a wide range of technical support for Department of Defense infrastructure in the Indo-Pacific theater.
This long-term contract vehicle includes 15 leading A-E firms and joint ventures, positioning The Diallo Group among a select group of teams providing:
- Installation master planning
- Facility design and engineering
- Construction documentation
- Force protection and anti-terrorism design
- Environmental compliance and site development planning
