Under Task Order W912DY20F0428, The Diallo Group (formerly Onyx Group, as part of the HB&A/ONYX JV) supported the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers by delivering a comprehensive Requirements Analysis, conducting an in-depth Planning Charrette, and developing a Full Economic Analysis for the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (SMDC) in Colorado Springs, CO. This work was performed under the USACE Huntsville District IDC (W912DY18D0005) and helped define future facility and mission support needs for one of the Army’s premier defense organizations.
