Recent Project Awards

Virginia ABC Law Enforcement Building Renovation

We are excited to announce our contract with Virginia ABC, where The Diallo Group is delivering full architectural services for a law enforcement facility renovation. Our scope begins on the ground verifying existing building conditions and evaluating what’s feasible within the current structure, then translates that knowledge into a comprehensive, coordinated drawing package ready for contractor bidding and construction. The result is documentation that eliminates guesswork, supports accurate pricing, and sets every stakeholder up for a smooth path to execution. It’s the kind of work that empowers a facility and the people who depend on it to function at their best.

Sanford Duplex Residential Development

We are proud to announce our newest contract, the Sanford Duplex, a two-unit residential development in Central Florida designed to deliver efficient, functional living within a compact footprint. The Diallo Group is providing full architectural design and documentation services, including the development of a mirrored unit layout that keeps both residences consistent while driving construction efficiency and cost-effective delivery. From spatial organization to material selection suited for the Central Florida climate, every decision is made with purpose, empowering the community with quality housing that’s built to last.
