- Benham, a Haskell Company – A/E IDIQ Contract
We are proud to be a subcontractor on the Benham team, supporting future master planning task orders.
- SAAM architecture – A/E MATOC with USACE New York District
Our team is also positioned as a subcontractor to SAAM architecture, providing master planning expertise under this new contract vehicle.
- NAVFAC Washington MEP Contract (Summer Consultants)
The Diallo Group is part of the Summer Consultants team recently awarded the NAVFAC Washington MEP contract. Our role includes project programming and master planning services.
- Fort Carson CLINs – RS&H TDG JV
Our team was awarded multiple CLINs supporting Fort Carson. These include requirements analyses, economic analyses, planning charrettes, and programming support for mission-critical facilities ranging from rail head improvements to fire station replacements
- RPLANS Support – U.S. Army Installation Management Command
Continuing our legacy of real property planning, The Diallo Group is delivering critical RPLANS support for IMCOM, reinforcing our role in Army installation planning worldwide.

We had a great time at SAME DC & NOVA Post’s 17th Annual Small Business Conference! The Diallo Group was proud to take part in this premier event, which brought together leaders in federal contracting, engineering, construction, and architecture. As a firm committed to delivering innovative solutions across planning, design, and geospatial services, we were excited to connect with government agencies, prime contractors, and fellow small businesses driving progress in these industries. The conference was a valuable opportunity to share our expertise, learn from others, and strengthen partnerships that support federal missions and community growth.
NAVFAQ Northwest Site Visit
Honored to support NAVFAC and the IPS Team in advancing the Navy’s modernization and Integrated Product Support efforts.
Recently, The Diallo Group had the privilege of joining NAVFAC and the WSIPP Team in support of one of the Navy’s most critical modernization efforts. Our visit focused on aligning strategic planning initiatives, streamlining file structure documentation, and introducing key tools such as the WSIPP SharePoint and NAVINST guidance. We were proud to collaborate with our federal partners and contribute to the advancement of Integrated Product Support, reinforcing our commitment to driving innovation and efficiency within mission-critical programs.

In August, The Diallo Group announced the Ernest Matthews Scholarship, a $5,000 annual award supporting students in architecture, engineering, and construction.

Indo-Pacific Regional Summit Conference Engagement
The Diallo Group participated in the SAME Indo-Pacific Regional Summit, strengthening partnerships and driving innovation in engineering and infrastructure across the region.
The Diallo Group recently attended the SAME Indo-Pacific Regional Summit, held September 8–10, 2025, at the Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu. This transformative event brought together leaders from government, military, and industry to strengthen partnerships and drive innovation in engineering and infrastructure across the Indo-Pacific region. We were proud to take part in these important discussions, connect with peers, and contribute to shaping the future of the Pacific.

A day well spent at the SAME NoVA Post Sporting Clays Event! Jeremiah represented our team while connecting with colleagues and enjoying some time in the field.
Jeremiah represented The Diallo Group at the SAME NoVA Post 3rd Annual Sporting Clays Event. It was a fantastic day of networking, camaraderie, and fun in the field, bringing together members of the A/E/C and federal contracting community in a unique and engaging setting. Great news, team! We’re proud to report that 79% of our staff members are now operating inside our secure CUI environment — a major milestone as we push toward full CMMC Level 2 readiness.
We’re currently 80% complete with our compliance implementation and are narrowing down our selection of a CP3AO (Certified Third-Party Assessment Organization) for the final assessment phase.

A Letter From Leadership
As we close out our fiscal year, we are proud to reflect on the growth, accomplishments, and milestones that continue to define The Diallo Group’s journey. This past year has been marked by exciting project awards, meaningful industry engagement, and the launch of initiatives that reinforce our commitment to innovation, collaboration, and community.
From securing new A/E contracts with Benham and saam architecture, to advancing federal missions through our RPLANS support for the U.S. Army and our ongoing partnership with NAVFAC, we are honored to contribute to projects that shape the future of our nation’s infrastructure. We are also excited to share that The Diallo Group was awarded additional CLINs under the Fort Carson Project, further demonstrating our trusted role in delivering critical planning and design support. Each success is a direct reflection of the hard work and dedication of our team and the trust placed in us by our clients and partners.
Beyond project work, we have continued to expand our presence at key industry events including SAME DC and NoVA Small Business Conference, the Indo Pacific Regional Summit, and local programs hosted by our SAME NoVA Post. These engagements allow us to share our expertise and build strong lasting partnerships across government, industry, and the AEC community.
This year also marked a special milestone with the launch of the Ernest Mathew Scholarship, a $5000 annual award that invests in the next generation of architects, engineers, and builders. Named in honor of a legacy of leadership and service, the scholarship reflects our belief in supporting future leaders who will shape our profession and our communities.
Finally, we are excited to welcome Isabella, Graduate Architectural Intern, and Leland, Civil Engineer, to The Diallo Group team. Their energy, ideas, and expertise strengthen our capacity to deliver on the challenges ahead, and we look forward to the contributions they will bring.
